The pneumatic PTFE lined ball valve is a high-performance quarter-turn shut-off valve designed for reliable control of corrosive media. The inner surface of the valve body and all wetted components are lined using a high temperature molding fluoroplastic lining process, providing excellent corrosion resistance and long service life.
The lining materials include FEP (F46), PTFE, and PFA, which effectively isolate the process medium from the metal valve body. This structure prevents corrosion and ensures safe operation when handling aggressive chemicals.
The valve adopts a 90-degree rotary ball structure, allowing smooth operation, fast response, and excellent sealing performance. When used together with pneumatic actuators, solenoid valves, and control cabinets, it can achieve reliable on-off control in automated industrial systems.
This valve is widely used for controlling strong acids, alkalis, corrosive liquids, toxic gases, and volatile media in chemical, petrochemical, and environmental protection industries
Excellent Corrosion Resistance
The valve lining is made of PTFE, FEP, or PFA, which can withstand almost all corrosive media, including concentrated nitric acid and aqua regia.
High Flow Capacity
The full bore design provides straight through flow, ensuring low pressure loss and large flow capacity.
Reliable Sealing Performance
The valve seat uses PTFE material with excellent self lubrication properties, ensuring tight sealing and low leakage.
Suitable for Complex Media
In addition to gases and liquids, the valve is also suitable for high viscosity media, fiber containing fluids, and soft suspended particles.
Simple Structure and Easy Maintenance
The valve structure is compact and easy to disassemble, allowing convenient inspection and maintenance.
Flexible Automation Control
Can be equipped with rack and pinion pneumatic actuators or electric actuators, making it suitable for various automated control systems.
