The JC-SBW corrosion resistant integrated temperature transmitter is specially designed for accurate temperature measurement in highly corrosive environments such as strong acids, strong alkalis, and aggressive chemical media. The instrument combines a corrosion resistant temperature sensor with a built in transmitter, providing reliable temperature monitoring and signal transmission in harsh industrial processes.
The sensing element is a corrosion resistant RTD sensor protected by PTFE material, which offers excellent chemical stability and resistance to acid and alkali corrosion. The PTFE protection can be applied in several forms, including full protective sheath, two section protective tube structure, or PTFE coating directly on the protection tube. Depending on application requirements, the anti corrosion layer can be manufactured through spraying, sintering, or sealed PTFE sleeve methods, ensuring long term durability in aggressive environments.
The transmitter is suitable for operating temperatures up to 250°C, making it ideal for chemical processing and other demanding industrial applications. For fixed installation, process connections such as PTFE threaded fittings, PTFE flanges, or compression fittings can be provided so that all media contacting parts maintain full corrosion resistance.
