Product Overview
This pneumatic O-type shut-off ball valve has big flow rate, compact size, reliable seal and long service life. Low cost and easy maintenance.
Commonly used in petrochemical, gas, power, metallurgy, food and medicine for tight shut-off of water, steam, oil and liquefied gas. Fire-safe or special hardening treatment can be customized as needed.
Product Features
Valve body is cast or forged, compact and good-looking. The fixed ball stays close to seat while rotating, good for cutting dirt.
Spring-loaded seat auto-compensates wear, seals itself and releases cavity pressure, fits high temp & high pressure.
Fixed ball runs smoothly and cuts operating force.
Double-block & bleed fully opens/closes the valve. Choose front-seat, back-seat or double-side seal; soft or metal hard seal optional.
Inner cavity releases extra pressure automatically when liquid expands, no extra safety valve needed.
Grease fitting connects grease gun to fix sudden leakage from dirt or fire damage.
Optional: fire-safe, anti-static and anti-blowout stem.
Longer stem is available for low temperature use.
