Overview
The JC-020 series intelligent target flow meter utilizes the single cantilever shear beam force sensing measurement principle. It measures stress variables through force sensing sensors and combines electromechanical integrated measurement technology to obtain signals consistent with flow. This signal is processed through a high-precision sensor, AVD converter, microprocessor CPU, D/A converter, etc. It can output on-site LCD display or 4-20mA (pulse, RS485) to achieve process measurement and control of flow. It has no movable parts in contact with the fluid in the measuring tube, and its measurement accuracy can rival that of volumetric and mass flow meters. It also possesses characteristics such as resistance to vibration, resistance to impurities, especially suitable for measuring high-viscosity, low Reynolds number fluids, providing excellent results. It finds extensive application in various fields including water resources, petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, food, papermaking, environmental protection, pharmaceuticals, textiles, and road construction.
