Product Overview

The WZPK Series Flanged Mineral Insulated Pt100 RTD Temperature Sensor is designed for industrial process temperature measurement in pipelines, tanks and process equipment.

The sensor features a removable mineral-insulated RTD insert installed inside a tapered stainless steel thermowell. The thermowell provides mechanical protection for the sensing element and allows the RTD insert to be removed for inspection, maintenance or replacement.

The Pt100 resistance element converts temperature changes into a resistance signal for compatible temperature measurement and control systems. The flanged connection provides a fixed installation interface for industrial process equipment.

Thermowell material, flange specifications, insertion length and RTD wiring configuration can be selected according to application requirements.

No. This is a Pt100 RTD sensor. A separate temperature transmitter is required for a 4–20 mA output.
