Product Introduction
The Flanged Anti-Corrosion Bimetal Thermometer is a mechanical temperature measuring instrument designed for direct local temperature indication in industrial processes.
It uses a helical bimetallic sensing element to convert temperature changes into mechanical pointer movement. No external power supply or electrical signal is required.
The thermometer features a DN25 PN16 RF flange and a sintered PTFE-lined protection tube, providing additional protection when measuring corrosive liquids, gases and vapors.
The adjustable-angle design allows the dial to be positioned for convenient reading after installation.
With a 100 mm dial, 0~150°C measuring range, Class 1.6 accuracy and 200 mm insertion length, it is suitable for chemical, petrochemical, water treatment and other process applications.
