Product Overview

The JC-SBWZ Explosion-Proof Integrated Temperature Transmitter combines a Pt100 RTD sensor, a temperature transmitter and a red LED digital display in one compact instrument.

The Pt100 sensor measures process temperature, and the built-in transmitter converts the signal into a standard 4–20 mA output for connection to PLC, DCS and other industrial control systems. The LED display allows operators to read the measured temperature directly at the installation point.

Designed for industrial temperature monitoring in hazardous areas, the transmitter features an Ex db IIC T6 Gb explosion-proof configuration. Its adjustable threaded fitting supports flexible installation in compatible pipelines, tanks and process equipment.
