Product Introduction
The JC-61KA Tuning Fork Level Switch is a point level switch for detecting the presence or absence of liquid, slurry, and suitable powder materials.
It uses a vibrating fork to detect material at a preset level. When the fork is covered or uncovered, the switch changes its output state.
The long-stem design is suitable for deep tanks and vessels. The process connection uses a DN32 PN16 flange. Wetted parts are available with PTFE-coated SS316 for corrosive media.
The switch supports high or low level alarm selection and provides an SPDT relay output for alarm, pump control, overflow protection, or dry-run protection.
An Ex db IIC T6 Gb version is available for hazardous areas. The insertion length and fork length can be customized according to the application.
