Product Introduction
The JC-56L Magnetic Level Gauge is a float-type liquid level instrument designed for reliable local level indication and remote monitoring.
It works on the communicating-vessel principle. A magnetic float inside the measuring chamber moves with the liquid level and drives the external magnetic flap indicator through magnetic coupling.
The red-and-white magnetic flaps provide a clear local indication of the liquid level without direct contact with the process medium. The remote transmission system provides a 4-20 mA output for connection to PLC, DCS and other control systems.
This model has a 0-600 mm measuring range and 435 mm C-C distance, with an SS304 DN40 PN16 RF flange connection. The wetted parts are made of SS304 and the internal float is made of SS316L.
It is configured for 12 bar process pressure, 100°C process temperature and water-mix chemical media, making it suitable for industrial liquid level measurement in chemical, petrochemical, power, water treatment and related applications.
