Product Introduction
The High Temperature 80GHz Radar Level Transmitter is a non-contact continuous level measurement instrument based on FMCW radar technology.
The transmitter emits high-frequency microwave signals toward the material surface and calculates the liquid level according to the reflected signal.
This model adopts a DN65 PN16 RF flange connection, 316L stainless steel process wetted parts and PTFE lined antenna, providing excellent corrosion resistance for aggressive chemical media.
The integrated heat dissipation extension structure (temperature spacer) increases the distance between the high-temperature process connection and the electronic housing, reducing heat transfer and improving reliability in high-temperature applications.
With 80GHz high-frequency technology, narrow beam angle, small dead zone and high measurement accuracy, it is widely used in chemical tanks, reactors, storage vessels and other industrial process applications.

1. 80GHz FMCW Radar Technology

No direct contact with the measured medium, reducing maintenance requirements and avoiding contamination.
The PTFE lined antenna provides excellent chemical resistance and is suitable for aggressive liquids.
4. Heat Dissipation Extension Structure
The extended temperature spacer reduces heat transfer from the process connection to the electronic housing, improving performance in high-temperature applications.

316L stainless steel process connection provides excellent corrosion resistance and long service life.
