Magnetic Level Indicator
Working Principle
The level gauge operates on the principle of the communicator. It ensures that the level inside the main tube is consistent with the level in the equipment container. A float with a permanent magnet is installed on the liquid surface inside the main tube (the position of the magnet inside the float is level with the liquid surface). When the liquid level in the container changes, the level in the main tube and the position of the float change accordingly. The magnet inside the float drives the external red-white column indicator on the main tube to flip 180 degrees through magnetic coupling. The level gauge indicator changes from white to red when the liquid level decreases, and from red to white when the liquid level rises. The red color indicates the liquid level; at the interface measurement, the red-white boundary indicates the interface between the two liquids.
