Working Principle
The non-invasive ultrasonic level transmitter utilizes the principle of sonar ranging. It employs a specialized sensor probe attached externally to the container wall to collect sonar signals. The system's core utilizes sonar wave processing technology and advanced high-speed signal processing techniques, powered by proprietary algorithms from Jiangsu Jiechuang, to accurately calculate the liquid level inside the container. The calculated liquid level value is displayed on-site and output as a remote transmission signal. The instrument can output measurement results to the control center via interfaces such as (4-20) mA analog signal, HART, RS-485, etc., and can also be debugged online via interfaces like HART, RS-485, infrared, etc.
During the level measurement process, the sonar wave signal is emitted from the probe and reflected back after encountering the liquid surface, detected by the probe as an echo signal. After processing the echo signal using proprietary algorithms, the system calculates the time , and based on a formula, computes the liquid level height.
