Product Introduction
The Clamp-on Integrated Pt100 Temperature Transmitter is designed for temperature measurement on the outer wall of industrial pipes.
The Pt100 sensing element contacts the pipe surface through a clamp-mounted conductive plate and measures pipe wall temperature by heat conduction.
The integrated transmitter converts the Pt100 signal into a standard 4-20mA output.
The sensor is installed outside the pipe. No pipe drilling, cutting or welding is required, and there is no direct contact with the process medium.
The transmitter features an aluminum alloy enclosure and an explosion-proof design for industrial field applications.
It is suitable for temperature monitoring of existing pipelines where non-intrusive installation is preferred.
