Product Introduction
The Explosion Proof Flanged Mineral Insulated RTD Temperature Sensor is designed for accurate and stable temperature measurement in industrial process applications.
The sensor adopts a high accuracy Pt100 platinum resistance element with a mineral insulated armored RTD insert, providing excellent vibration resistance, fast response and long service life.
The removable RTD insert is installed inside a heavy-duty SS316 tapered thermowell, which protects the sensing element from direct contact with process media and allows convenient maintenance or replacement without stopping the process.
With an explosion-proof terminal heas and flange connection, this RTD sensor is widely used in chemical, petroleum, power generation, pharmaceutical and industrial automation systems.
