Product Introduction
The WZP Series Dual Pt100 RTD Temperature Sensor is an industrial resistance temperature detector designed for reliable temperature measurement in pipelines, equipment and process systems.
It uses two independent Pt100 sensing elements, with 3-wire wiring for each element, allowing temperature measurement with signal redundancy or connection to two separate measurement systems.
The sensor is equipped with a Φ16 mm SS304/SS316L protection tube, a waterproof die-cast aluminum alloy junction box and a removable measuring insert. Fixed threaded connections such as M27×2 and M20×1.5 are available.
For applications requiring additional mechanical protection, the assembly can be supplied with an external carbon steel welded protection sleeve.

Features
1. Dual Pt100 Sensing Elements
Two independent Pt100 elements provide measurement redundancy and can be connected to separate temperature monitoring or control systems.
2. 3-Wire Configuration
Each Pt100 element uses a 3-wire configuration, helping reduce the influence of lead-wire resistance on measurement accuracy.
3. Removable Measuring Insert
The internal RTD measuring insert can be removed for inspection, maintenance or replacement without replacing the complete external assembly.
4. Stainless Steel Protection Tube
The Φ16 mm protection tube is available in SS304 or SS316L, providing good corrosion resistance for industrial applications.
5. Waterproof Junction Box
The die-cast aluminum alloy junction box provides mechanical protection for the terminal connection and is designed for industrial field installation.
6.Threaded Process Connection
Fixed threaded connections including M27×2 and M20×1.5 are available for direct installation.
7. Additional Carbon Steel Protection Sleeve
An external carbon steel welded protection sleeve can provide additional mechanical protection for fixed installation on industrial pipelines or equipment.
