The WZP Series Dual Pt100 RTD Temperature Sensor is an industrial resistance temperature detector designed for reliable temperature measurement in pipelines, equipment and process systems.
It uses two independent Pt100 sensing elements, with 3-wire wiring for each element, allowing temperature measurement with signal redundancy or connection to two separate measurement systems.
The sensor is equipped with a Φ16 mm SS304/SS316L protection tube, a waterproof die-cast aluminum alloy junction box and a removable measuring insert. Fixed threaded connections such as M27×2 and M20×1.5 are available.
For applications requiring additional mechanical protection, the assembly can be supplied with an external carbon steel welded protection sleeve.

The dual-element design is particularly useful when two independent temperature measurement circuits are required at one installation point.
Dual Pt100 Elements: Two independent sensing elements support separate temperature measurement circuits.
3-Wire Connection: Each Pt100 element uses a 3-wire configuration to reduce the influence of lead-wire resistance.
Class A / Class B Accuracy: Select the sensor accuracy class according to the application requirements.
Carbon Steel Welded Thermowell: Provides additional mechanical protection for the installed temperature sensor.
SS304 / SS316L Protection Tube: Offers material options for different industrial environments.
Removable Measuring Insert: Simplifies inspection, maintenance and sensor replacement.

For thermowell applications, provide the process medium, operating temperature, operating pressure and flow conditions to support suitable mechanical design.
Step 1 — Select the sensor accuracy.
Choose Class A or Class B according to the required measurement accuracy.
Step 2 — Confirm the temperature range.
Specify the normal and maximum operating temperatures.
Step 3 — Choose the protection tube material.
Select SS304 or SS316L according to the process medium and installation environment.
Step 4 — Specify the connection and dimensions.
Provide the thread size, overall length and insertion length to match the equipment.
Step 5 — Select the external thermowell.
Choose the carbon steel welded thermowell when additional mechanical protection is required.
Step 6 — Define the output signal.
Use the direct Pt100 resistance signal for a compatible temperature input, or select an optional transmitter for 4–20mA output.
