Product Features

1. Optimized V-notch ball design forms equal-percentage flow characteristic, realizing stable proportional flow control from 0% to 100% stroke.

2. CF8/CF3M stainless steel body and ball improve wear resistance, well suited for slurry, fiber and easy-scouring medium.

3. Supporting YT-1000 series electro-pneumatic positioner with standard 4-20mA DC input signal; EX explosion-proof structure is optional for flammable site.

4. Complete combination of pneumatic actuator, air filter regulator, positioner and pressure gauge, finished full performance test before leaving factory.

5. Fixed ball + spring preloaded valve seat structure, realizes reliable tight shut-off besides precise throttling, meets dual requirement of regulating and shut-off.

6. Standard ISO5211 top flange connection, convenient for daily maintenance and accessory replacement on site.

7. Standard anti-blowout stem prevents medium leakage; anti-static configuration can be customized for combustible fluid working condition.
