Product Introduction
The WSS-481-JH02G Flanged Bimetal Thermometer is a mechanical temperature measuring instrument designed for direct local temperature indication in industrial processes.
It uses a helical bimetallic sensing element to convert temperature changes into mechanical pointer movement. No external power supply, battery or electrical wiring is required.
This model is equipped with a custom JH02G 316 stainless steel thermowell with a 1-1/2" (DN40) Class 150 RF flange. The thermowell provides mechanical protection for the sensing probe and separates the thermometer from the process medium.
The adjustable-angle design allows the dial to be positioned for convenient viewing after installation.
With a 100 mm dial, 0~60°C measuring range, Class 1.5 accuracy and 200 mm insertion length, it is suitable for temperature monitoring in industrial pipelines, tanks, vessels and process equipment.
