Product Introduction
The WZPK-440 Explosion Proof Pt100 RTD Temperature Sensor is an industrial temperature sensor designed for reliable temperature measurement in hazardous and industrial environments.
The sensor uses a Pt100 platinum resistance element with Class A accuracy and an Ex ia IIC T4 explosion protection configuration.
It features a DN25 PN16 RF fixed flange, 304 stainless steel protection tube and an explosion-proof terminal head. The sensor is a non-display type, without a local temperature display.
The Φ16 × 2 mm SS304 protection tube provides mechanical protection for the internal measuring element and allows stable installation in industrial process equipment.
With a 350 mm insertion length, the WZPK-440 is suitable for temperature measurement in tanks, pipelines and other industrial process equipment.
The configuration can be customized according to the customer's temperature range, process connection, insertion length, protection tube material and hazardous-area requirements.
