Working Principle

Hydraulic oil acts as pressure transmission medium inside closed pipelines. Rotate main screw and shake auxiliary hand pump to generate stable high pressure. The matched digital standard gauge displays accurate internal pressure value. Mount tested pressure gauges or transmitters on spare test ports, compare readings between standard gauge and tested instruments to complete calibration. Separate valves control boosting, stabilizing and pressure relief independently.
