Product Introduction
The JC-SBWZ Series Explosion Proof Pt100 Temperature Transmitter is an integrated industrial temperature measurement device with a local LCD display, Pt100 RTD sensor and built-in temperature transmitter.
The Pt100 Class A sensing element measures the process temperature, while the transmitter converts the signal into a standard 4-20mA output with HART communication for connection to PLC, DCS and other industrial control systems.
The transmitter is housed in a flameproof Ex db IIC T6 Gb enclosure for industrial hazardous-area applications.
The sensing assembly uses a Φ8 × 0.9 mm 316 stainless steel protection tube with an internal Φ5 mm mineral-insulated (MI) armored core.
A 1/2" NPT adjustable compression fitting allows the insertion position to be adjusted during installation.
The local LCD display provides convenient on-site temperature reading while the 4-20mA + HART signal supports remote monitoring and configuration.
