Product Introduction
The Explosion-Proof Integrated Pt100 Temperature Transmitter with LED Display combines a Pt100 RTD sensor, temperature transmitter and local digital display into one compact unit.
It measures process temperature and converts the Pt100 signal into a standard 4-20 mA output for remote monitoring and control. The red LED display allows users to check the measured temperature directly at the installation point.
The transmitter is designed for hazardous industrial environments and features Ex db IIC T6 Gb explosion-proof construction.
The sensor uses a Φ6 mm mineral insulated (MI) sheathed section connected to a Φ10 × 1.9 mm SS304 protection tube. An M20 × 1.5 adjustable compression fitting allows the insertion position to be adjusted according to installation requirements.
The standard configuration is Pt100, 3-wire input, 24 VDC power supply and 4-20 mA 2-wire output. Customized ranges, insertion lengths, wiring and process connections are available.
