Overview
The JCL-050 series Metal Tube Rotameter consists of a measuring tube and an on-site indicator. The indicator can optionally be equipped with additional electrical components, making it suitable for measuring liquids and gases. This flowmeter employs a variable area measurement principle, with a conical measuring tube and a float. The float moves freely up and down within the tube, changing the flow area as the flow rate changes. The float's vertical position is translated into a flow rate value on the indicator dial through a magnetic transmission system. It can also output signals for remote display and control.
The flowmeter is widely used in industries such as petroleum, chemical, power generation, pharmaceuticals, food, and water treatment under complex and harsh environmental conditions.
