Overview
The JC-060 Series Turbine Flow Meter is a new generation flow meter designed with advanced technology from both domestic and international sources. It features a simple structure, lightweight design, high accuracy, good reproducibility, quick response, and easy installation and maintenance. This flow meter is ideal for measuring liquids in closed pipelines that are non-corrosive to stainless steel 1Cr18Ni9Ti, 2Cr13, and corundum Al2O3, and hard alloys, free of fibers and particles, and with kinematic viscosity less than 5×10⁻⁶ m²/s at working temperature. For liquids with higher viscosity, calibration with the actual liquid is required. When paired with special display instruments, it can also be used for quantitative control and over-quantity alarms, making it an ideal instrument for flow measurement and energy saving.

● High Accuracy: Typically achieves ±1%F.S, ±0.5%F.S, with high-accuracy models reaching up to ±0.2%F.S.
● Well Reproducibility: Short-term reproducibility ranges from 0.05% to 0.2%. Due to its excellent reproducibility, frequent calibration or online calibration can achieve very high accuracy, making it the preferred choice for trade settlements.
● Pulse Frequency Signal Output: Suitable for total volume measurement and computer connection, with no zero drift and strong anti-interference capability.
● High Frequency Signal: Capable of achieving a high-frequency signal (3-4kHz), providing strong signal resolution.
● Wide Rangeability: Medium to large diameters can reach a range ratio of 1:20, while small diameters can achieve a ratio of 1:10.
● Compact and Lightweight Structure: Easy to install and maintain, with large flow capacity.
● Suitable for High-Pressure Measurement: The instrument body does not need to be perforated, making it easy to manufacture high-pressure models.
● Variety of Specialized Sensor Types: Custom designs are available for specific needs, such as low-temperature types, bidirectional types, downhole types, and sand-mixing types.
● Insertable Design: Suitable for large-diameter measurements with low pressure loss and low cost. It can be removed without stopping the flow, making installation and maintenance convenient.
