Overview:
Sulfur-resistant pressure gauges are widely used in petroleum, chemical, and other industries; capable of measuring positive pressure, negative pressure, or positive/negative pressure of various fluid media containing hydrogen sulfide, phosphoric acid, etc. in environments with high corrosion resistance or stringent process hygiene requirements.
Structural principle:
Sulfur-resistant pressure gauges consist of the pressure guiding system (including joints, Bourdon tubes, throttling screws, etc.), gear
transmission mechanism, indicating device (pointer and dial), and housing (including case, cover, lens, etc.), the gauge converts the elasticl deformation of its sensitive element-the Bourdon tube-into rotational motion via the movement's transmission mechanism, driving pointerl deflection to display pressure.

User Guide
1. In environments with sudden pressure changes or vibrations and pulsations, protective devices should be installed.
2. During installation or disassembly, do not apply torque to the instrument housing by hand; use professional wrenches for installation.
3. For measuring oxygen, acetylene or other flammable gases, oil-free pressure gauges must be selected.
4. Ammonia pressure gauges are suitable for measuring positive pressure, negative pressure or positive/negative pressure of fluid media that are non-explosive, non-crystalline, and non-corrosive to high-quality carbon steel, stainless steel, and tin-lead solder.
5. Pressure gauges should be installed horizontally or vertically.
6. For measuring explosive, crystallizable, solidifiable, or corrosion-resistant media, select Jiechuang special media measuring instruments.
7. Normal operating ambient temperature is-40℃~+70℃, relative humidity not exceeding 85%.
8. Sulfur-resistant, acid-resistant, alkali-resistant, temperature-resistant pressure gauges are suitable for measuring positive pressure, negative pressure or positive/negative pressure of various corrosive media.
