Pressure Gauge

At JIECHUANG, we uphold the principle of "Quality First", implementing the ISO9001:2015 quality management system to ensure that every pressure gauge meets strict industry and national standards. From design and

manufacturing to sales and service, we maintain comprehensive quality control, providing customers with precise, durable, and high-performance pressure measurement solutions.

How to Choose the Right Pressure Gauge?

Selecting a pressure gauge requires considering several key factors:

  • Pressure Type: Absolute, gauge, differential, or vacuum pressure.

  • Measurement Range: Defined by EN 837, commonly in bar and psi units.

  • Nominal Size (NS): Available in 40, 50, 63, 80, 100, 160, 250 mm.

  • Accuracy Class: From 0.1% to 2.5% of full scale, ensuring precise readings.

  • Environmental Conditions: High-pressure, corrosive, high-vibration, or sanitary applications.

Types of Pressure Gauges & Applications

TypeApplication & FeaturesPressure Range
Bourdon Tube Pressure Gauges
  • Used for liquid and gaseous media

  • Suitable for industrial and general-purpose applications

  • Liquid-filled options available for high-vibration environments

  • Optional DKD/DAkkS calibration for high precision

0.6 – 7,000 bar
(8.7 – 101,526.4 psi)
Diaphragm Pressure Gauges
  • Designed for corrosive, viscous, and contaminated media

  • High overload protection (3x – 5x full scale)

  • Custom wetted parts available for extreme conditions

16 mbar – 40 bar
(0.2 – 580.2 psi)
Capsule Pressure Gauges
  • Best for low-pressure applications (gas media)

  • Corrugated diaphragm capsule ensures sensitivity

  • Used in vacuum technology, medical, and environmental monitoring

2.5 – 600 mbar
(0.04 – 8.7 psi)
Absolute Pressure Gauges
  • Ensures readings are independent of atmospheric fluctuations

  • Used in vacuum packaging, condensation pressure monitoring, and vapor pressure measurement

  • Features a completely evacuated reference chamber

0 – 25 mbar to 0 – 25 bar
(0 – 0.4 psi to 362.6 psi)
Differential Pressure Gauges
  • Ideal for gas and liquid flow monitoring

  • Used for filtration efficiency, cleanroom pressure control, and pump monitoring

  • High static pressure resistance up to 400 bar (5,801.5 psi)

0 – 0.5 mbar to 0 – 1,000 bar
(0 – 0.007 psi to 14,503.8 psi)
Vacuum Pressure Gauges
  • Measures negative gauge pressure

  • Used in vacuum systems, suction lines, and industrial automation

  • Designed for long-term stability in vacuum applications
