Overview

The 80GHz Radar Water Level Meter is a cutting-edge, non-contact measurement device designed for precise and reliable liquid level monitoring in demanding environments. Utilizing 76-81GHz Frequency Modulated Continuous Wave (FMCW) technology, this millimeter-wave radar offers superior performance compared to traditional microwave or guided wave radars. Its high-frequency operation enables exceptional accuracy (±0.02% FS), narrow beam angle (±4°), and strong penetration ability, making it ideal for challenging conditions such as water treatment plants, open channels, rivers, lakes, and lift stations.

Constructed with PP material housing and FKM sealing, the device ensures durability and resistance to harsh environments, including high humidity (0-95% RH) and extreme temperatures (-25°C to +60°C). With IP67 protection, it operates reliably under process pressures ranging from -1 to 3 bar. The radar features two-wire 24V DC power supply, 4-20mA signal output, and Modbus/Bluetooth (BLE5.1) communication, allowing seamless integration with control systems. Additionally, it supports mobile app ("RadarMe") and PC-based configuration, eliminating the need for a built-in display while maintaining user-friendly operation.
