The 80GHz Radar Water Level Meter is a high-performance, non-contact liquid level measurement device designed for industrial applications. Utilizing 77-81GHz Frequency Modulated Continuous Wave (FMCW) technology, this millimeter-wave radar provides superior accuracy (±2mm), long-range detection (up to 50m), and exceptional reliability in harsh environments. Compared to traditional microwave or guided wave radars, it offers higher resolution, stronger signal penetration, and better resistance to interference from dust, smoke, or foam.
Constructed with stainless steel (SS304/SS316) housing, the device ensures corrosion resistance and long-term durability, making it suitable for water treatment, chemical processing, and industrial storage tanks. With IP67/IP68 protection, it operates reliably in extreme conditions, including high humidity (0-95% RH) and wide temperature ranges (-20°C to +70°C). The radar supports two-wire 24V DC power supply and offers multiple output options (4-20mA, Modbus, HART), ensuring seamless integration with control systems. Additionally, it features Bluetooth connectivity (via RadarMe app) for wireless configuration and monitoring, eliminating the need for a built-in display.
