Working Principle
The non-invasive liquid level switch is a device installed on the outer wall of a sealed container, utilizing the characteristic of ultrasonic waves to attenuate when there is or isn't liquid, enabling non-intrusive point liquid level detection. The sensor of this switch generates sonar pulses that pass through the container wall. These pulses propagate through the container wall and the liquid and then reflect back. By detecting and analyzing this reflection characteristic, it can determine whether there is liquid at the monitoring point inside the container. During installation, there is no need to puncture holes in the tank wall. This means it does not come into contact with the liquid medium inside the container or the gaseous medium, making installation simple, quick, and safe. The non-invasive liquid level switch is suitable for industries such as refineries, oil depots, oilfield gathering stations, petrochemicals, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, power generation, liquid transportation, and is widely used in the fields of pressure vessels, hazardous chemical liquids, flammable and explosive liquids, spill prevention, and alarm.
