This insertion type level transmitter is specially designed for accurate level measurement in large diameter vessels and pipelines. With an insertion probe structure, the sensing element can be directly extended into the process medium, enabling more precise and stable measurement compared to external or surface mounted solutions, especially in large volume applications.
The transmitter offers flexible and convenient installation, allowing fast mounting through flanges or other standard process connections. This installation method minimizes construction complexity and eliminates the need for extensive vessel modification, making it an ideal solution for both new installations and retrofit projects.
Featuring a remote or split type design, the probe and transmitter electronics can be installed separately. This structure effectively protects the core sensing components from high temperature, high pressure, and corrosive process conditions, significantly improving measurement reliability and extending the service life of the instrument. The robust design ensures stable long term operation in demanding industrial environments.
Thanks to its high adaptability and durable construction, the transmitter is widely used in storage tanks, reactors, pipelines, and other process equipment across chemical, petrochemical, power, and general industrial applications.

● Response Time
Amplifier component damping constant is 0.1s; sensor and remote flange time constant is 0.2 to 6s, depending on the sensor range, range ratio, capillary length, and fill fluid viscosity. Additional adjustable time constant: 0.1 to 60s.
● Installation Conditions
The transmitter body is versatile in mounting, allowing installation in any orientation.
Ideally, position the process flange axis vertically to prevent correctable zero shifts due to position deviations.
The housing offers 360° rotation flexibility.
Ensure the remote flange connects to the matching flange with suitable soft gaskets, bolts, and nuts.
Capillary bending should adhere to a minimum radius of 75mm, with no winding permitted.
For dual flange remote transmitters, maintain consistent ambient temperature during installation of capillary components and remote flanges.
