The JC-G series Intelligent Pressure/Differential Pressure Transmitter utilizes advanced German MEMS technology to produce high-accuracy monocrystalline silicon sensor chips. It features a globally unique dual-beam suspended design, achieving industry-leading accuracy, exceptional overpressure performance, and superior stability. The embedded German signal processing module perfectly integrates static pressure and temperature compensation, ensuring high measurement accuracy and long-term stability over a wide range of static pressure and temperature variations. The transmitter can accurately measure differential pressure, pressure, level, and flow, converting these measurements into a 4-20mA DC output signal. The transmitter can be operated locally via three buttons or remotely using a universal hand-held communicator or configuration software, allowing for display and configuration without interrupting the 4-20mA DC output signal.
The high temperature single flange pressure transmitter is designed for accurate pressure measurement in demanding industrial environments with elevated temperatures. Its robust construction and flange mounting ensure reliable installation on vessels, pipelines, and tanks where standard transmitters may not withstand high temperature conditions.
This transmitter features a high temperature resistant sensing element and can operate reliably in processes with temperatures exceeding standard limits. It provides stable and precise 4–20mA output, easily integrating with PLC, DCS, or SCADA systems for remote monitoring and control.
