JIECHUANG
The PTFE-Lined Tantalum Diaphragm Compound Vacuum Pressure Gauge is designed to measure both vacuum and positive pressure in industrial process systems.
It uses a diaphragm sensing element to measure low pressure while isolating the gauge mechanism from the process medium. The process connection is a DN25 PN16 RF flange, with an SS304 flange and a Tantalum (Ta) diaphragm.
The wetted parts include a PTFE-lined flange and Tantalum diaphragm, providing corrosion resistance for suitable aggressive process media.
With 60 mm and 100 mm dial options, the gauge is suitable for chemical processing, petrochemical equipment, water treatment, pharmaceutical equipment, process pipelines, and chemical tanks. Specifications can be customized according to customer requirements.
For pressure and vacuum monitoring of compatible corrosive process media.
Suitable for monitoring vacuum and positive pressure in chemical vessels.
Used for pressure measurement where corrosion-resistant wetted materials are required.
Applicable to suitable process equipment and pipelines.
Used for pressure and vacuum monitoring in treatment systems.
Suitable for compatible process applications requiring diaphragm isolation.
Used for low-pressure, vacuum, and positive-pressure monitoring.
The diaphragm structure isolates the internal gauge mechanism from the process medium.
Measures both negative gauge pressure and positive pressure in one mechanical gauge.
The Tantalum (Ta) diaphragm provides high corrosion resistance for suitable aggressive process media.
The flange is lined with PTFE to improve resistance to compatible corrosive media.
The diaphragm design isolates the gauge mechanism from the process medium and is suitable for low-pressure applications.
The standard process connection is a DN25 PN16 RF flange made of SS304.
60 mm and 100 mm dial sizes are listed for the product.
Pressure range, scale unit, dial configuration, and other specifications can be customized according to customer requirements.

Required material
A compound vacuum pressure gauge measures both vacuum and positive pressure. This allows one gauge to monitor pressure below and above atmospheric pressure.
Tantalum is used as the diaphragm material to provide corrosion resistance for suitable aggressive process media.
The PTFE lining protects the flange wetted surface from compatible corrosive process media.
Yes. It uses a diaphragm sensing element and is designed for vacuum and positive-pressure measurement.
The listed standard configuration uses a DN25 PN16 RF SS304 flange.
The listed measuring range is -0.1 to 0.6 MPa, with Class 1.6 accuracy. Other specifications can be customized.
