JC-56UB
JIECHUANG
The JC-56UB Magnetic Float Level Transmitter is designed for continuous liquid level measurement in tanks and vessels. It uses a float and sensing probe to detect changes in liquid level and converts the level signal into a standard 4–20 mA output for remote monitoring and control.
The transmitter is installed vertically from the top of the tank through a DN80 PN16 RF flange. Its stainless steel probe and flange construction are suitable for general industrial liquid level measurement. An explosion-proof version is available for applicable hazardous-area installations.
The measuring range, probe length, process connection, and other parameters can be customized according to tank dimensions and application requirements.
Continuous liquid level monitoring for water storage and wastewater treatment tanks.
Suitable for liquid level monitoring in oil, fuel, and hydraulic oil storage tanks.
Used for compatible chemical liquids where the standard SS304 wetted construction is suitable.
Provides continuous level information for process tanks and vessels.
Suitable for liquid storage and monitoring applications in industrial utility systems.
The transmitter is installed vertically through the tank top, making it suitable for vessels where side-mounted installation is not preferred.
Provides continuous level measurement for tanks and process vessels rather than simple point-level switching.
A float follows liquid level changes along the sensing probe, allowing the transmitter to determine the liquid level.
The 4–20 mA signal can be used for remote monitoring and integration with industrial control systems.
The standard probe and flange are made of SS304 for general industrial liquid level applications.
The measuring range and probe length can be customized according to tank dimensions.
An Ex db IIC T6 Gb version is available for applicable hazardous-area requirements.
